Modern Slavery Policy

Last updated: March 2024

Introduction:

Enterprise RPA is committed to improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking. We recognise that slavery and human trafficking are real yet hidden issues in our society and will not tolerate that in our business or supply chain. Our commitment is to act ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure that any form of slavery is not taking place in our own business or supply chains.

Organisation’s Structure, Business, and Supply Chains:

Enterprise RPA is an automation consulting service provider with our office based in England. Our business specialises in delivering Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Assistant solutions. We operate in the UK with key service offerings including software resell, delivery, and managed services. Our supply chains are primarily involved in software creation.

Policies:

We operate several internal policies to ensure ethical and transparent business conduct:

Operations: We maintain a robust employment policy to ensure eligibility to work in the appropriate region, conducting checks for all employees to safeguard against human trafficking or forced labour.

Health and Safety: Our policy outlines our commitment to providing a healthy working environment for our staff and contractors.

Speak Up Policy: We encourage all employees to report any concerns regarding slavery, human trafficking, or any other unethical behaviour through our Speak Up Policy. This policy ensures that all reports are taken seriously, investigated thoroughly, and appropriate action is taken.

Training and Capacity Building:

We provide comprehensive training to our staff to raise awareness of modern slavery and human trafficking risks in our supply chains and business operations. This training includes familiarisation with our policies and procedures, identification of signs of exploitation, and reporting mechanisms.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the current financial year.
